SMS Alert Consent
Last updated: June 13, 2026
Vara Partners operates an internal SMS alerting program used to notify authorized team members and system operators about the operational health of our services. This page describes that program and how recipients consent to receive messages from it.
How consent is given
Recipients are authorized team members and operators of Vara Partners who expressly agree to receive automated operational and system alert messages on their own mobile devices. Consent is provided directly by each recipient as part of internal onboarding; phone numbers are added manually by the account administrator. There is no public sign-up form, and Vara Partners does not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Types of messages
Messages are limited to account and system notifications — for example, service health alerts, error-rate notifications, and other operational status updates. A representative message looks like:
[Vara ALERT] union-exchange error rate >5% over 5m. Check dashboard. Reply STOP to opt out.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on system events. Recipients only receive messages when an operational condition warrants an alert.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Vara Partners does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out and help
Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; no further messages will be sent after opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.
Privacy
Phone numbers collected for this program are used solely to deliver operational alerts and are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For questions about this program, please contact us.
