How the property management platform works
Written for the people who use it: residents, association managers, board members and Vara operators. Every article says which roles can do the thing it describes, and every capability here was checked against the running service rather than against a plan.

Ask a person
If you are a resident or a board member, your association's management office is the right first stop. Tell them what you were trying to do and what the screen said. That is usually enough for them to tell you whether it is a permission, a setup step somebody still has to take, or a genuine fault.
If you run an association on this platform and need something changed at the service level, Vara is who does that.
